Revealing the Past: Analytical Methods in Heritage Science brings together leading researchers, conservators and heritage professionals to explore the analytical techniques shaping contemporary heritage science. Through a series of talks and discussions, the event will highlight how scientific methods are used to understand, preserve and provide access to historic and modern collections across museums, archives and heritage sites.

The programme showcases case studies and methodological advances ranging from microscopy and spectroscopy to biomolecular science, imaging, and environmental monitoring, with an emphasis on sustainability, risk and inclusive access.
