The RICHeS team are pleased to invite you to our third RICHeS Regional Workshop, hosted by National Museums Scotland on Thursday 18 September 2025 in Edinburgh.
Following the success of our previous workshops in Liverpool and the National Archives, this regional event will bring together the RICHeS distributed Tranche 1 cohort, local partners and regional organisations to explore how heritage science can enhance the interpretation, care and engagement with collections across the UK.
This workshop, themed “Enriching Collections,” focuses on the dynamic relationship between heritage science and collections-based organisations from national museums to local archives, independent trusts, libraries and more. Together, we will ask how collections and heritage science can inform one another in ways that are collaborative, ethical and forward-thinking.
